RETURNS: 


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in original condition, within 14 days of receiving the item, for store credit.

Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs.

All Vintage & Antique items and sale items are {Final Sale} and are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • All returns must be approved before sending. Please email frenchnest@sbcglobal.net and advise us of what you would like to return.
  • Customer must pay to return the unwanted items including insurance to make sure they arrive back safely.
  • If an item is defective please contact us and we will either replace it or credit your account for the original purchase price.
  • If an item was damaged in shipping please email us and we will replace it or credit your account for the original purchase price.

 

      NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • As of May 18, 2020 all clothing is not returnable. Any clothing purchased after this date is not returnable. Please email us with questions about sizing if you are unsure of your size.

  • Apothecary items such as Body Care, Face Care, Bath Products, and Makeup .
  • Food items.
  • Perfumes are not returnable once opened or sprayed.
  • Vintage and Antique items.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
 

  • Gift cards purchased through our Shopify online store are ONLY valid on Shopify.
  • Gift certificates purchased through our Brick and Mortar store are not valid for online purchases. Thanks for understanding.



STORE CREDITS:

  • Store credits issued at our brick-and-mortar store are not usable on this Shopify webstore. Thanks for understanding.

SHIPPING:

  • All orders are packaged and mailed from our store.  Be aware that shipping to nearby locations (California, Oregon, Nevada) is usually affordable, while further distances can sometimes get expensive if the package is heavy or large.  Be sure to use the shipping calculator to determine your costs.
  • Available only in the contiguous USA (no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii).
  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • We do not offer express shipping at this time.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • We now offer local curbside pickup for FREE. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours during our business hours. We will call or email you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please do not come unless you have been contacted that your order is ready.
  • Since we are operating during COVID19, we are carefully sanitizing our hands and packing area before packing your order.
  • We are shipping several times a week but keep in mind postal pickup and delivery may be delayed during this crisis. Thanks you for your patience.
  • Nest cannot take responsibility once packages are left at your shipping address. Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to replace it.
